Back to Balance is a four part class focusing on movement and breathwork to support feelings of overwhelm, stress, anxiety, pain. Each class builds on itself, creating a self-care routine that you can use anytime, anywhere to calm your nervous system. Participants have reported feeling centered and grounded, less anxious, better sleep, less physical pain sensations, and an overall feeling of peace after participating. This video is the first of the series and will start you on your journey of self-care!
This class continues the sequence of movement and breathwork and includes education about our subconscious programming and how it affects us on a daily basis. This class teaches additional skills to combine with what you’ve learned from Class One.
